@Siam: Merci
cool effect with the lens baby - looks like a jet trail through the city

@Jason Kravitz: Jet trails, interesting idea. Thanks for that comment.
It looks like you took it looking through water or at least a wavy glass pane. Very interesting and of couse how can you lose when you are photographing the Eiffel Tower.

@Marion: Thank you Marion. The Lensbaby can produce stunning results. Paris is such a nice city, too! Winning combination, I guess.
Nice!!! Great implied motion here....I have not had success with my lensbaby shots.

@bluechameleon: Thank you again. I also did struggle with my lensbaby when I first got it, and let it aside for a while. But I finally tried again and again. What works for me is that : I concentrate first on exposure (in manuel mode), getting the shutter time correct (no need to focus, or so little). I always look at the histogram for that matter. Once this is set, I then focus the thing as clean as can be and take a first picture. Then I start playing around, but always from the clean position. When it gets ugly, I go home to that very fisrt focus point I started with. I find that just a little bending does it most of the time. Hope it helps. Have fun.
Oh yes, forgot to tell... I also usually set the aperture smaller down to f/5.6 or even f/8 so the sweet spot gets better.
