...great shot, I just love low light photography, too bad I only tried few times... like those rays comming out of the lights... beautiful.

@Roman: Making light "bloom" rays at night is no secret : just use a small aperture and diffraction will do it. Of course, small aperture + night = long exposure time! So a good, sturdy tripod is a must. I also like to use mirror-up option (if available) + cable release to avoid any camera shake. It really isn't that hard.
